Chef IrvingI love your shows, and they have inspired me to TRY my hand at leirnang how to cook. I am thinking of attending the Le Cordon Bule school here in Dallas. For a 1 year course I would recieve a certificate. Would this be a good idea, or would you recommend a different school. Eventually I would like to become as knowledgeable as you and would like to be refered to as Chef , but I know this takes time and possibly a degree. Please let me know your thoughts.
